Can I reset my balance?

No problem—you can reset your balance at any time!

The reset fee is:

  • $50 for 25k and 50k accounts
  • $100 for all other account sizes

Simply log into your dashboard and click "Reset My Balance." This will reset your starting balance and evaluation rules. Account resets are processed immediately and may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account.

You can also start a new evaluation account by logging into your dashboard.
