How do I cancel my account?

You may cancel your account/subscription by logging into your member's area dashboard and submitting a cancellation request from the Manage Subscriptions tab.

Cancellation Steps:

  1. Login to your dashboard
  2. Click on Manage Subscriptions
  3. Click on the Cancel Subscription button.

Cancellation requests are processed immediately during business hours Monday to Friday. It may take up to 1 business day to finalize during holidays and weekends.

You can resubscribe again at any time.
