How do I update my billing information?

  1. Login to your OneUp Trader Dashboard:
  2. Once you are logged into your OneUp Trader Dashboard, click on the arrow next to your username (located in the right hand corner of the site) where a new menu will pop up.
  3. Navigate and click to open up your profile.
  4. Once you're on the profile page, navigate to the Billing Section and click "Update Billing Info" you can edit your billing information by clicking update.
  5. Modify and Submit the necessary modifications to your billing.

Disclaimer: Please be advised that when making a payment through our platform, the card used for the transaction must be registered under the user's name. In the event that you would like to use a card that is registered under a third party's name, you must first contact our support team to complete the necessary verification process.
